Does this Sound like you?
Smoke: Smoke
Your brain won't shut up.
Overthinking, second-guessing, replaying conversations. It’s exhausting.
You're tired of feeling stuck.
You want change, but where do you even start?
You feel like too much. Or not enough.
Either way, it’s hard to just be.
You crave connection but also… people are confusing.
Relationships can be wonderful and wildly frustrating at the same time.
You're questioning things—about yourself, your life, what actually makes you happy.
It’s unsettling, but also kind of important.
Grief is weird.
Whether it’s losing a person, a relationship, or just an old version of yourself, moving forward doesn’t feel simple.
Stress?
You’re constantly “pushing through,” but you’re exhausted.
You're tired of trying to fit into spaces that weren't built for you.
You just want to feel like you make sense, to yourself, to others.
You're just looking to build self-awareness.
You want to explore yourself, not because anything is “wrong,” but because growth matters to you.

About me
Hello I’m Drashti (she/her)
I am a psychotherapist based in Mumbai with 5 years of experience. I work with people through different life experiences, offering a space where they feel supported, understood, and better equipped to navigate challenges with clarity and self-compassion.
My approach is shaped by each person’s unique needs. I don’t believe in giving advice or fixing, but in helping you access your own resources in a way that feels right for you. I see the mind and body as deeply connected and pay attention to how emotions show up in both. I borrow from trauma-informed and relational approaches like internal family systems therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy.
I’m drawn to the complexity of human experiences. That is, the ways we make sense of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Therapy, to me, is about creating space for all parts of you, even the messy and uncertain ones, so you can move through life with more ease and authenticity.

The Therapeutic Process
More Than a Conversation: What is therapy really?
A Space
A safe space to heal and grow.
We build a relationship rooted in respect, care, and honesty, so you can show up fully, even with the parts that feel messy or unclear.
An Exploration
Exploring your authentic self.
We gently unpack patterns, emotions, and stories that shape how you experience yourself and others. We notice what your body is holding, understand past experiences, and make sense of inner conflicts.
A Destination
Arriving at your authentic self.
Over time, therapy has been found to help people find more clarity, emotional resilience, and the freedom to choose how they want to live.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
⌄
Therapy can benefit anyone seeking self-awareness, growth, or help dealing with stress, anxiety, or life transitions.
What can I expect in our first session?
⌄
We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve from therapy, setting the foundation for future sessions.
How long does therapy typically take?
⌄
The duration varies, some find relief in a few sessions, while others continue for months for deeper exploration.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
⌄
Yes. Everything you share stays confidential except in situations where safety or legal requirements demand otherwise.
What if I don’t know what to talk about?
⌄
That’s completely okay. We’ll explore whatever comes up — there’s no pressure or “right” way to begin therapy.
How to book a session?
⌄
You can reach out to me via email or WhatsApp.
Once you get in touch, I’ll share a brief form for you to fill out. After reviewing it, we’ll schedule a short intake call where we can discuss your hopes from therapy and clarify any questions you may have.
If everything feels aligned, we can then go ahead and book our first session.
